2. Description of Service

Seedly AI is an AI video generator platform that provides access to multiple AI models for content creation, including:

• Seedance 2.0: Multi-shot video generation with native audio and lip sync
• Kling 3: Physics-accurate video generation
• Veo 3.1: Advanced prompt understanding for video creation
• Additional AI models for image and video generation

The Service allows users to generate videos and images from text prompts, uploaded images, audio, and other inputs.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Seedly AI. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at support@seedly-ai.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Uses

You may use Seedly AI to:

• Generate videos and images for personal, creative, or commercial purposes
• Upload content you own or have permission to use
• Download and use generated content according to your subscription tier
• Share generated content with appropriate rights

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Upload content depicting real individuals without their consent
• Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive content
• Create deepfakes or deceptive content intended to mislead
• Produce content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Upload sexually explicit content involving minors
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or malicious purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or extract our AI models
• Circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service
• Use automated systems to abuse or overload the Service

5.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of original content you upload to Seedly AI. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for providing the Service.

6.2 Generated Content

• Ownership: You own the videos and images you generate using Seedly AI
• Commercial Rights: Paid subscription tiers include commercial use rights for generated content
• Attribution: Attribution to Seedly AI is appreciated but not required

6.3 Our Intellectual Property

Seedly AI, including our platform, AI models, software, branding, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary technology.

7. Subscription and Payment

7.1 Plans and Pricing

• Free tier provides limited access to AI video generation features
• Paid subscriptions (Lite, Pro, Ultra) offer additional credits and features
• Pricing and features are subject to change with notice

7.2 Credits

• Credits are consumed when generating content with Seedance 2.0, Kling 3, Veo 3.1, and other models
• Unused credits expire according to your subscription terms
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law

7.3 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You authorize recurring charges for subscription plans
• You are responsible for applicable taxes

7.4 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law

8. Service Availability

8.1 Uptime

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• System updates or improvements
• Technical issues or circumstances beyond our control

8.2 Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes when possible.

• Accuracy, reliability, or quality of generated content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Results meeting your expectations or requirements

10.2 AI Limitations

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying generated content before use.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Seedly AI's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seedly AI, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of any third-party rights
• Content you upload or generate

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will end
• Unused credits will be forfeited
• Generated content may be deleted

13.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse the Service or other users

We may also terminate accounts for inactivity or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Informal Resolution

15. General Provisions
